Lithe processes the information needed to answer contact requests, create and coordinate orders, verify manual payment submissions, provide order tracking, protect public forms from abuse, and support the operation of the storefront. Depending on the action, this can include a name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, order details, delivery information, artwork files, payment reference, and technical security data.

Lithe uses submitted information for the purpose described by the form and order flow. Order and payment information may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Public forms use validation, rate limiting, and anti-bot protection. Lithe does not ask agents to collect passwords, Turnstile tokens, or unnecessary sensitive payment credentials.
